    Ingredients:

    • 4 Quick‘N Eat Angus Burgers, diced
    • 3 roma tomatoes, diced
    • 1/2 white onion, diced
    • 1/2 cup cilantro, diced
    • 2 jalapeños, diced (optional)

    Directions

    • Heat each frozen Quick’N Eat Angus Burger according to package directions, turn once during
      cooking
    • Dice burgers
    • Mix toppings in a serving bowl
    • Warm 8 corn tortillas
    • Place diced Quick’N Eat Angus Burger in a tortilla, add toppings, and enjoy

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Quick’N Eat Beef Burger
    • 2 burrito-sized tortillas
    • 1 hash brown patties
    • 2 ounces cheese sauce
    • Sour cream
    • Onions, chopped

    Directions:

    • Heat Quick’N Eat Beef Burger according to package directions
    • Bake hash brown patty and cut in half
    • Cut heated patty in half
    • Cut hash brown in half
    • Place each half of patty and hash brown in burrito-sized tortillas
    • Add cheese sauce, sour cream, and chopped onions

    Ingredients:

    • 4 Quick’N Eat Angus Burgers
    • 1 large sweet onion, sliced
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 4 slices of American cheese
    • 8 slices of sourdough bread

    Directions:

    • Melt butter in a large non‐stick skillet
    • Add sliced sweet onion and cook until they start to brown
    • Push onion to side of skillet, add Quick’N Eat Angus Burgers and cover
    • Turn burgers and cook until hot
    • Add sliced cheese to tops and cover to melt cheese
    • Sear the bread and layer between two slices with a Quick’N Eat Angus Burger, melted cheese, and
      top with the cooked onions

    To Serve:

    • Serve with your favorite chips and a pickle

    Directions:

    Ingredients:

    • 4 Quick’N Eat Angus Beef Burgers
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1 large green pepper, chopped
    • 1/2 bottle Heinz 57 Sauce

    Directions:

    • Sauté onions and peppers and drain out liquid
    • Add 4 Quick’N Eat Angus Burgers and Heinz 57 Sauce
    • Continue to heat until hot

    Made with Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties

    Ingredients:

    • 6-8 Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties, diced or chopped
    • 4 slices bread, crusts removed
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
    • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1 cup cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    • Salt and pepper
    • 6 large eggs
    • 1 cup milk or half & half
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon Cajun or creole seasoning or seasoned salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon paprika, optional

    Directions:

    • Tear bread into small pieces and sprinkle in bottom of a lightly buttered 2‐quart casserole
    • Arrange Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties over the bread; sprinkle with green onion, tomatoes,
      then the cheese
    • Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and remaining seasonings
    • Pour slowly over cheese layer
    • Refrigerate overnight or bake immediately
    • If refrigerating overnight, take casserole out of refrigerator about 1/2 hour before baking
    • Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, until set in middle
    • Serves 4-6, can be doubled and baked in a 9×13 dish

    • Hashbrowns
    • 1 small Red onion, diced
    • Pepper, to-taste
    • Sharp cheddar cheese
    • Black bean and corn salsa
    • Burrito-sized tortilla

    Directions:

    • Heat Quick’N Eat Beef Burger according to package directions
    • In a skillet, prepare hashbrowns
    • Add diced onions and peppers to taste
    • Add a Quick’N Eat Beef Burger, dice and stir
    • Add shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • When melted, place in a tortilla
    • Top with black bean and corn salsa to serve

    Ingredients:

    • Quick’N Eat Angus Burgers, chopped
    • 1 can sliced stewed tomatoes
    • 1 can red kidney beans
    • 1 can chopped black olives, drained
    • Celery stalks, diced
    • 1 can mushrooms, drained
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 6 teaspoons chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 1 onion, chopped

    Directions:

    • Mix all ingredients together in Dutch Oven and cook on medium -heat for 2‐3 hours, stirring
      occasionally

    Ingredients:

    • 8 Quick’N Eat Angus Beef Patties
    • 1 teaspoon Daddy Hinkles All Natural Cumin and Oregano Seasoning
    • 8 slices of Pure Prairie Creamery Meadow Garlic Monterey Jack Goat Cheese
    • 8-package large hamburger buns, toasted
    • 2 tablespoons Hiland Butter
    • 2 large onions, sliced

    Directions:

    • Preheat oven to 350°
    • Place thawed burgers in a 9×13 inch baking dish
    • Sprinkle with the seasoning; heat for about 15- 20 minutes until warmed
    • Turn oven off
    • Place a slice of the cheese on each patty to melt
    • While the burgers are warming, sauté the sliced onions in a skillet at a medium-high temperature in 2 tablespoons butter until tender

    Choc Shrooms

    Ingredients:

    • 3 tablespoons Hiland butter
    • 2 tablespoons Shawnee Mills Flour
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 1/4 cups of Choc Beer
    • 1 pound J-M Farms Mushrooms, sliced

    Directions:

    • Melt the butter on medium-high heat in the same skillet used to sauté onions
    • Add soy sauce
    • Whisk in the flour
    • Add the Choc Beer while whisking to blend and keep smooth
    • Pour the mushrooms into this mixture
    • Continue stirring to cover all mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender
    • Add onions back to skillet and blend together

    To serve:

    • Place burgers with melted cheese on toasted buns
    • Cover with Choc Shrooms and top with toasted bun
    • Serves 8 with lots of napkins!

    • 1 Quick’N Eat Beef Burger
    • Whipped cream cheese
    • 1 Burrito-sized tortilla
    • Avocado
    • Red onion
    • Tomato

    Directions:

    • Heat Quick’N Eat Beef Burger according to package direction
    • Spread whipped cream cheese over a burrito-sized tortilla
    • Place slices of avocado, red onion slices, and tomato in tortilla
    • Cut heated Quick’N Eat Beef Burger in half and place halves in tortilla
    • Wrap it and love it!

    Made with Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties

    Ingredients:

    • 1 pound Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties
    • 6‐7 slices white bread, crusts removed
    • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 2 cups half & half

    Directions:

    • Lightly butter each slice of bread on each side
    • Place bread in a 9×13 glass casserole dish that has been sprayed with non‐stick cooking spray
    • Cook Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties and occasionally turn until brown
    • Crumble Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties and sprinkle over the bread
    • Sprinkle cheese over sausage
    • Beat eggs, add salt, mustard, and half & half
    • Pour egg mixture over cheese
    • Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight (may freeze at this point)
    • Remove foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes
    • Optional: May freeze, thaw-out overnight in the refrigerator before baking

    Ingredients:

    • 4 Quick‘N Eat Angus Burgers
    • 4 Buns
    • 12 ounces bacon, chopped
    • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/4 cup brandy
    • 1 tablespoon peppercorns
    • 1 cup cream
    • Salt and pepper

    Directions:

    • Prepare the Quick‘N Eat Angus Burgers in microwave according to package instructions
    • Sauté bacon, add mushrooms, and cook until golden brown
    • Pour brandy first into a measuring cup and then into the sauce pan and ignite with a long match
    • After the alcohol has burned off, stir in the peppercorns
    • Stir in the cream and heat without boiling
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    To Serve:

    • Place Quick‘N Eat Angus Burger on an open bun and add sauce over the top, serves 4

    • 1 large onion, sliced
    • 1 large green pepper, sliced
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • Dash salt
    • Dash pepper

    Directions:

    • Preheat oven to 350°
    • Lightly grease 9×13 pan
    • Place 4 frozen Quick’N Eat Angus Burgers in pan
    • Lightly salt and pepper patties
    • Place sliced peppers and onions on top of the patties
    • Spread the undiluted soup over the meat
    • Cover pan with foil
    • Bake 1 hour

    To Serve:

    • Serves 4 people, serve with your favorite rice

    Ingredients:

    • 16 ounces Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties, cooked and chopped
    • 1 Pillsbury French Bread package (refrigerator section)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 teaspoon each of oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder
    • 1/2 cup of oil
    • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 large onion, chopped and sautéed
    • 1 large green pepper, chopped and sautéed

    Directions:

    • Stretch French bread to about 11×14
    • Mix eggs, spices, and oil together. Lightly brush mixture on the French bread
    • Layer cheese, onions, and peppers and then the chopped Quick’N Eat Original Sausage Patties
    • Roll-up bread, jelly-roll style
    • Put seam side down on greased cookie sheet, tucking in the ends
    • Brush the rest of the spice mixture on the top and sides
    • Make 3 small vent cuts in top
    • Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes

    Ingredients:

    • 4 Quick‘N Eat Fully Cooked Angus Burgers
    • 2 onions, chopped
    • 2 green peppers, chopped
    • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
    • 1 can water
    • 1 dash each worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper

    Directions:

    • Prepare the Quick ‘N Eat Angus Burgers in microwave according to package instructions
    • Spray cooking skillet with olive oil spray and sauté the onion and the green pepper
    • Remove the onions and peppers from heat and set aside
    • Add the 4 Quick’N Eat Angus Burgers and top with the onions and green peppers
    • Take the tomato sauce; add the water, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
    • Mix thoroughly and pour over the patties
    • Cover and simmer for 30 minutes
    • Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable, enjoy

    • Place cooked patty between the two waffles
