Oklahoma City Plant

The 200,000 square-foot Oklahoma City facility is Lopez Foods’ largest plant. Built in 1991, the facility uses state-of-the-art technology to produce frozen ground beef patties, partially cooked and fully-cooked sausage patties and sliced Canadian-style bacon. Employing an average of 525 associates in the Oklahoma City area, the plant is an industry leader in food safety, quality, and manufacturing technologies.


Campos Foods Plant

Located in Caryville, Tennessee, the 85,000 square-foot Campos Foods Plant produces fully-cooked frozen hamburger patties, pork, beef and turkey sausage patties, meatloaf, Salisbury steak, rib patties, and bone-in chicken. Campos employs 285 associates.


Dorada Foods Plant

Lopez Foods’ latest “sister” company, Dorada Foods, is located in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Dorada, formed in 2011, is a joint venture of most of the Lopez Foods ownership group and Tyson Foods and employs 225 people. The Dorada Foods plant, one of three U.S. chicken suppliers for the McDonald’s System, produces Chicken McNuggets™, Crispy Chicken Filets, and McChicken™ Patties.
