The Lopez Foods cooked patty lines are capable of producing pork sausage patties to the customer's exact specifications. Both fully cooked and partially cooked patties are available. The majority of the patties are 9:1 breakfast or sausage patties. Flavors available include: Regular, Spicy, Maple, and Smoked Ham.

Carneco Foods
The Carneco raw patty lines are capable of producing a variety of sizes of beef, pork, and chicken patties to the customer's exact specifications. Chubs of fresh and frozen ground beef are also available, as well as case-ready retail trays.
